These two passionate travellers met through their passion for blogging and have gone on to grow a friendship centred around the desire for adventure. In 2019, they travelled to India together and the thirst for new journeys continues to grow.

One of the biggest reasons for launching Lovelly Travels instagram and then on to the podcast was to spread awareness about mental health. Emma "Lovelly" Lovell has been travelling the world since she was 18 on her own and has now visited 64 countries. But in 2019, she decided to make it her mission to visit all 195 UN recognised countries while raising awareness for mental illness. Emma has lived with depression and anxiety since 2005. It's not something people often expect or know about her but it's a huge part of her life and story. She's now a Corporate Speaker for the Black Dog Institute and is passionate about sharing her lived experience to inspire others to open up and seek help when they need it. Darius is from Germany. Emma has been to Germany 10 times. So it seemed appropriate that this was one of our earliest episodes. It's 13/ 195 on Emma's UN recognised country list but we've skipped it forward.

They'll make you hungry as they share their favourite German foods and reminisce about visits to ice cream parlours together. They'll share their favourite times to visit, sights to see and some fun (but uber ridiculously long) words.

Together they've had adventures but of course Darius has his own stories to tell.
